Rehabilitation Specialist
We are seeking a motivated and caring professional to join our team in Orange NSW. As a Rehabilitation Specialist, you will work with clients who have sustained injuries or health conditions, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a caseload of clients, providing one-on-one support and developing tailored plans to meet their needs.
* Collaborate with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention programs.
* Conduct assessments and provide recommendations to support return-to-work outcomes.
* Work closely with injured workers, employers, medical professionals, and allied health specialists to ensure comprehensive support.
Requirements:
* Teritiary qualification in Occupational Therapy registered with AHPRA.
* Previous experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation industry highly regarded.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Compassion and empathy, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
