If you are passionate about the construction and home building industry, have excellent sales skills and a strong desire to help people find their dream homes, we have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Associate to join our high performing sales team and make a significant impact on our customers\' lives.
Role
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our company, guiding prospective customers through the home buying process. You\'ll work with a dynamic team, showcasing our range of residential construction projects and assisting clients in finding a home that suits their needs and preferences.
Responsibilities
Manning the front desk of the display home, greeting customers, and maintaining customer information.
Support the team with administrative tasks, including document preparation and record-keeping.
Collaborate with the Sales consultant to assist in marketing and promoting the company\'s residential housing products.
Maintain the presentation of our Centre and display homes and sales office.
Develop strong relationships with potential home buyers.
Hand out marketing material, register leads, and maintain professional presentation.
What we\'re looking for
A natural communicator with a personable approach.
Ability to work from Thursday to Monday (5 days including weekends).
Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
Highly energetic, self-motivated, and a fast learner.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a high-performing team or individually.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
