We're looking for an organised, experienced Customer Fulfilment Associate to join our friendly, fast‐paced team of four, helping keep our warehouse and delivery operations running smoothly and efficiently.
This role suits someone who already has experience in logistics, administration or customer service and is ready to take on more responsibility. You'll work closely with multiple teams, play an important part in daily fulfilment operations, and continue building your skills across supply chain and customer fulfilment in a growing FMCG environment.
What You'll Be Doing
* Preparing and processing daily orders, picklists and dispatch paperwork.
* Scheduling deliveries with transport carriers and confirming requirements.
* Maintaining accurate delivery records in systems such as Microsoft Dynamics.
* Handling freight documents, CHEP dockets and pallet reconciliations.
* Updating delivery trackers and communicating changes promptly.
* Assisting in resolving delivery delays, shortages or issues.
* Supporting reporting tasks and contributing to process improvements.
* Keeping your workspace safe, clean and organised.
What You'll Bring
* Prior experience in logistics, administration or customer service (FMCG experience highly regarded).
* Strong numerical skills and excellent attention to detail.
* Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.
* Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook and Word.
* Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
* Strong organisational and time‐management skills.
* A proactive approach, with the initiative to identify issues and follow through.
* A driver's licence (preferred but not essential).

* Freight scheduling platforms and online delivery trackers.
