As a Heating and Ventilation Expert, you will be responsible for providing high-level customer service to clients across Australia and New Zealand. You will carry out maintenance, service repairs, and installations ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard of good trade practices.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service when representing Grosvenor, presenting in a high standard, and dealing with customer requests in a professional manner.
* Carry out maintenances, service repairs and installations ensuring all work carried out is to the highest standard of good trade practices and completed in a timely & professional manner.
* Take ownership of and have pride in the condition of sites maintained by you, whilst building strong relationships/rapport with clients and site facilities managers.

Requirements:
* Trade Qualification in Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
* Current Drivers Licence
* Restricted Electrical licence
* OHS Construction Induction Card
* Working with asbestos containing material (10852NAT)
* A focus on quality and safety
* Ability to work within a team or autonomously.
* Strong communications skills – interact positively with colleagues and customers alike.
