This role requires an experienced sales leader to help us expand our presence in the Labor and Public market on the West Coast. You will be responsible for generating new pipeline, winning new business, and building relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. You will also oversee training and developing our current team to do the same.
Sales Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience within the Taft-Hartley & Public Sector market
* Able to navigate complex sales opportunities and close multi-employer deals
* Consistently exceed goals as a sales or consulting professional
Leadership Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute the Labor and Public strategy to achieve pipeline and bookings targets
* Build Maven's footprint in the Labor and Public Market
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to build and increase pipeline across the market segment
