As our business evolves, we’re seeking a fluent Mandarin-speaking Marketing Coordinator to join our passionate team at our head office in Gosford, NSW.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with marketing experience who is ready to step into a dynamic and growing industry. The successful candidate must reside on the Central Coast or be willing to relocate to the region to work closely with our on-site team.
About The Role
Reporting to the Managing Director, this position supports marketing and customer engagement across domestic and international markets, in particular the China market. It’s a hands-on role that blends creativity, coordination, and commercial awareness.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive clear and consistent communication between local and international teams—particularly our China partners—to ensure seamless execution of marketing and commercial strategies.
* Bring our brand to life by creating and managing compelling marketing materials across digital and print channels, tailored to diverse markets and audiences.
* Lead and support impactful marketing campaigns and events, from planning through to execution, including trade shows and in-market initiatives.
* Build strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners to expand our reach and strengthen market presence.
* Monitor market trends, sales performance, and product data to deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
* Manage product sample programs and feedback loops to champion quality and continuously enhance the customer experience.
* Contribute to commercial success by preparing client-specific pricing quotes, coordinating wine production, and supporting bulk wine sales operations.
About You
You are a driven and collaborative individual with strong marketing foundations and a global outlook.
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have
* Fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
* 2–4 years of experience in a marketing or communications role
* A degree or qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related field
* A customer-centric approach including effective communication, influencing skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams and customers both nationally and internationally
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail
* Previous project management and coordination experience
* Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms
* A proactive, collaborative approach and a passion for delivering high-quality work
* Willingness to work from our Gosford office and either live on the Central Coast or relocate
