A North Shore logistics company is looking for an Administrator to work along side their sales and account management team to support with client reporting.
**Your new role**
Following a successful company merge, this is an exciting time to join this growing organisation. Your duties will include:
- Collating information for sales reports.
- Ensuring high levels of compliance is maintained
- Retrieving data from numerous sources in order to create accurate reports
- Speaking with customers
- General team admin support
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Confident MS Excel skills with knowledge of Macros and Pivot Tables
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- The ability to learn complex systems
- The ability to manage competing priorities
- Professional written communication skills
