About the opportunity

In this role you'll help us embark on a large scale improvement in the experience of sending and receiving parcels in Australia. It is a moment of great change and a time to meet challenging demands. A time where we will deliver a world leading experience to eCommerce customers.

Within the project team, this two year fixed term contract as an employee of Australia Post offers a unique chance to deliver Salesforce CRM analytical solutions that will be used to provide customer insights far into the future.

What you'll deliver with us

You will be responsible for the end to end solution delivery of Salesforce analytical solutions, gathering, analysing and interpreting requirements from stakeholders and supported by an adoption team that has been hand picked from the business units themselves. This is a role where you can connect your technical skills to every day outputs and delivery.

Solution Design and Development
* Design and develop advanced analytics solutions using Salesforce CRM Analytics to meet organisational needs.
* Develop custom Lenses and Dashboards that translate business requirements into actionable insights.
* Implement data integration processes to ensure accurate, reliable, and timely data availability within CRM Analytics.
Data Management and Integration
* Collaborate with data and technology teams to integrate data from multiple internal and external sources into Salesforce CRM Analytics.
* Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency through the implementation of data validation and data cleansing processes.
* Manage and maintain Recipes and pipelines to support analytical and reporting requirements.
Business Analysis and Stakeholder Engagement
* Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document analytics and reporting requirements.
* Translate business requirements into technical specifications, solution designs, and supporting documentation.
* Provide insights, analysis, and recommendations to support informed business decision‐making.
Performance Optimisation and Troubleshooting
* Monitor, review, and optimise the performance of CRM Analytics solutions to ensure scalability and reliability.
* Identify, investigate, and resolve issues related to data integration, reporting, visualisation, and system performance.
* Apply best practices for data management, security, governance, and compliance.
User Training and Support
* Deliver training and knowledge‐transfer sessions to end users to ensure effective adoption and use of CRM Analytics solutions.
* Provide ongoing user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
* Develop and maintain user guides, technical documentation, and operational manuals.
* Maintain up‐to‐date knowledge of Salesforce CRM Analytics features, releases, and industry best practices.
* Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimisation.
* Contribute to the development of analytics strategies, standards, and roadmaps.
About you

You will be experienced in a data analysis role and able to engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, create user stories, source, clean and prepare data. You'll be able to analyse data, build dashboards and perform QA.

You'll also need
* Experience using salesforce sales cloud, with a detailed understanding of objects and data.
* Experience using salesforce CRM Analytics. Preferably on projects for large sized or complex organisation, building recipes and dashboards. Exposure to Einstein is highly prized.
* GCP and BigQuery (desirable) or equivalent system (essential)
* A high amount of organisational savviness, and be able to balance stakeholders requirements and expectations.
