We are looking for Christmas Casual Sales Assistants, passionate about creating magical moments during the festive season and connecting with customers by offering a one-of-a-kind shopping experience. Recruitment for these roles will begin in September, with start dates ranging from October to November depending on store needs and candidate availability.

The Role
- Create a memorable and seamless experience with every customer interaction
- Maintain presentation standards through visual merchandising, stock management and cleaning
- Process customer transactions on the point-of-sale system
- Exceed sales targets and business KPIs
- Provide styling advice and support in fitting rooms
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience in a similar fashion retail or customer service role with a strong sense of personal style
- Can-do, positive attitude to all areas of work
- Eye for detail, with a passion for styling and visual merchandising
- Exposure to large stock volumes, stock management and in-store fulfillment
- Genuine alignment with Seed Heritage values and desire to be part of the team
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional service
Please note: Christmas Casual Sales Assistants must have full availability to work throughout November 2025 – January 2026, including extended trading, weekends and public holidays. You may also be required to work across multiple stores within a designated geographical area.
