About the Role
As a Driver Assessor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and competency of Western Australian drivers. You'll conduct practical driving assessments, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to the development of safe driving practices across multiple Metropolitan WA licensing centres.
In this role your positive approach and excellent communication skills will be your greatest asset as you conduct practical driving assessments for a wide variety of candidates seeking licences. Using your high attention to detail and the training provided, you will assess the candidate's ability to meet the required standards of competency and provide comprehensive feedback in a compassionate and informative manner.
Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments will be made for this or similar future vacancies (fixed term or permanent) that arise within the next 12 months from date of first appointment across the Department of Transport.
We are looking for candidates available to work full-time on rotating shifts, 7 days a week, between 7am to 6pm at the following locations:
NORTH Region: Mirrabooka, Midland & City West
