Your responsibilities will include welding and fabricating metal structures, components, and frameworks that form the backbone of our resorts.What You'll Do:Read and interpret construction drawings and plansWeld and fabricate steel frames, supports, and custom componentsOperate welding equipment and hand tools safely and effectivelyInspect and test welds to ensure quality and durabilityCollaborate with site supervisors and other trades to meet project timelinesMaintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to safety proceduresWhat You'll Need:Trade qualification in Welding or Metal FabricationProven experience in construction welding (residential or commercial)Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanshipAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCurrent White Card (Construction Induction)Driver's license and reliable transportBonus Points for:Experience with MIG and Stick weldingAbility to read and interpret technical drawingsBasic fabrication skills and workshop experience Why Join Us?
