Administration Support Role
This role is designed to provide administrative support across various departments. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
* Utilize Skedulo to schedule therapy sessions according to participant Therapy Plans or Habit Coach Action Plans.
* Reschedule sessions if practitioners or participants are unable to attend scheduled sessions.
* Onboard new participants by explaining our service delivery model and setting expectations of how we work together.
* Conduct over-the-phone risk assessments and accurately record any identified risks to ensure safety of therapists and participants.
* Maintain accurate Service Agreements for participants.
* Attend weekly team meetings to share experiences, discuss challenges and foster collaboration.
* Collaborate with the administration team to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email and in-person interactions, prioritizing participant satisfaction in every interaction.
