* Prepare and assist takeoffs and cost estimates
* Collect BOQs and prepare cost analysis for project
* Prepare and submit tenders
* Liaise with all relevant stakeholders and negotiate with subcontractors
* Attend and prepare tender meetings
* Develop budgets and monitor project costs
Required Skills:
* 3+ years of head-contractor fit-out and refurbishment experience
* Previous design & construct experience (D&C) favourable
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
