Early Childhood Educator (Qualified) - Port Hedland ELC
YMCA WA (the Y WA) is seeking a qualified Early Childhood Educator for our purpose-built Early Learning Centre (ELC) in Port Hedland. This is a full-time, permanent position offering an annual salary of $65,617.50 plus $5.61 per hour, 11.5% superannuation, and additional benefits.

Responsibilities:
* Creating a welcoming environment for children and families
* Working collaboratively with a team of educators
* Maintaining high-quality programs and ensuring compliance with regulations
* Engaging children in developmental activities
* Supporting children's social, emotional, and physical development
Qualifications and Skills:
* Degree or diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent
* Passion for early years education and care
* Ability to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid certificate or equivalent
* Understanding of the National Quality Framework & Regulations 2012
* Previous experience in children's services and program development for ages 0-5
* Ability to obtain a National Police Certificate and Working with Children Check
