About the Opportunity
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our valued customers. You will be the first point of contact for customers when they walk into our branches, delivering impactful customer experiences that lead to enduring relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide superior service that meets the needs of our customers by delivering retail banking and lending products through various channels, including phone and email.
* Support our local community by being the face of our branch, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial goals and aspirations.
* Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and grow our customer base.
Requirements
While prior experience in banking is not essential, we are looking for individuals who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to genuine and meaningful conversations.
