Senior Technical Support Officer myCareerClerk Grade: 09/10Salary Range:$125,693 - $138,510 + superLocation: ParramattaEmployment type: Full Time, ongoing opportunityAbout this role As a Senior Technical Support Officer myCareer, you will support the management of the development, implementation, administration, maintenance and expansion of the human capital management system (HCM) / Cornerstone (CSOD) to support Learning, Development, Performance, Forms, Surveys, Recruitment, Onboarding, Talent Management and Succession across government agencies. Responsibilities of the role include: Provide technical advice into the system configuration review/validation process to undertake system adjustments and testing in all modules (excluding compensation) Implement CSOD and tailor the system to the specific business requirements (all modules, excluding compensation) of recruitment, performance and learning across government agencies Administer best practice CSOD systems and Security configuration to implement efficiencies and improve processes, procedures and recommend improvements Tailor the HCM to meet the agencies’ business requirements relating to Learning, Development, Performance, Forms, Surveys, Recruitment, Onboarding, Talent Management and Succession Support projects and team priorities (e.g. finance, privacy, cyber security) to ensure compliance with governance and quality requirements to successfully deliver all key milestones and outcomes Review and troubleshoot data loaded into the system to ensure accuracy and liaise with key stakeholders to maintain and improve data integrity Provide timely and accurate system administration and training for internal/external clients to shape the most effective training and development learning, interventions, programs and advice that support the organisation’s performance and strategic objectives Support the implementation, administration and maintenance of system integrations to inform management of performance and support decision-making in relation to the design and delivery functionEssential requirementsDemonstrated minimum of 5 years work experience with Cornerstone as an expert in administering, tailoring, implementing, maintaining, supporting and operating across all CSOD modules (excluding compensation).Supporting the management of a HCM across multiple government portfolios/agencies or multiple global regions For further information regarding this role please contact Henry Parsons at henry.parsons1@customerservice.nsw.gov.au Your application should include a two-page cover letter and an up-to-date resume of no more than five pages which clearly details your skills and experience as relevant to this role.
