About the role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Full Time Trainee Medical Receptionist to join our very busy team at the Goulburn Health Hub Medical Centre in Goulburn, NSW. This is a full-time role that will provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive and professional environment.
What you'll be doing
* Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner
* Scheduling appointments and managing patient records
* Handling patient enquiries and providing excellent customer service
* Assisting with various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the medical centre
* Developing your medical reception skills through on-the-job training and support
