Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is the flagship casino resort of Hard Rock International, owned by the Seminole Tribe of Florida.

Key Responsibilities:
* Taking guest orders in a courteous and efficient manner
* Serving food and drinks to guests in hotel rooms and other areas throughout the property
* Keeping station clean at all times
* Performing other duties as assigned by the Room Service Manager/Asst. Manager
Requirements:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Minimum one year of high volume service experience or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
* Knowledge of both food and beverage items, and basic mathematical skills
Work Environment:
* The employee must frequently stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear, and taste or smell.
* The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
* Specific vision abilities required include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
The Tribal Council gives preference in all employment practices to Native Americans. First preference is given to members of the Seminole Tribe who meet the job requirements.
As part of Seminole Gaming's employment process, final candidates will be required to obtain gaming licensure by completing a background check with Seminole Gaming Compliance and Regulations, prior to an offer being extended.
