**Position in a nut shell**:
As the Specification Manager, you will be the forefront of the business, maintaining relationships with a portfolio of tier 1&2 Architects, Commercial Builders, Developers across Vic & Tas. This will be a front-end specifying type role working alongside an experienced sales manager with the backing of an experienced in-house project management and design team
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage an existing pipeline of major projects
- Formulate and effect the strategy for new project wins
- Engage and influence key architects, designers, specifiers, builders
- Maintain and gain specifications in upcoming commercial, retail, education, health and other government backed projects
- Leverage BCI and internal tools for project tracking and information
- Drive deeper relationships with an existing key client portfolio
- Represent the brand at industry functions & entertain clients in social forums
- Provide market feedback for input into further product development
**Ideal Experience**:
- Proven field sales experience specifically from the building materials space
- Wealth of contacts with leading architects, designers, Commercial Builders / Contractors across the state
- Stable career history
- Ambitious, tenacious and driven with a real passion for delivering beyond the clients expectations
- Experience in tendering for large commercial projects
**Salary**: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
