Job Description:
The company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Human Resources Manager to provide overall leadership and management of the company's HR systems in line with company expectations and legal requirements.
The role involves planning, developing, implementing, and managing processes and procedures necessary for the smooth operation of the company and the learning and development of the next line of management.
This is a newly created permanent role based in Homebush. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in HR/L&D within Construction or a similar industry.
* General HR functions including planning, developing, implementing, and monitoring the HR function.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in human resource management or a related field.
* HR experience within the Construction or Engineering industry.
