**THE OPPORTUNITY**
An exciting new role presents for a Stock Controller based at our Canning Vale Retail Store. This position involves working as part of our collaborative team reporting to the Store Manager. You will be responsible for ordering, receiving, and maintaining the stock for the store and providing general customer service as required.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintaining store stock levels
- Assisting with the display and merchandising of stock
- Face to face and telephone customer service and sales
- Providing yard hand and loading stock assistance
- General housekeeping activities
- Collaborate with team members, other business areas and projects as required
- Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment
**ABOUT YOU**
- Proven ability to provide solutions with a passion to deliver outstanding customer service
- Previous experience within a retail, sales and/or the building industry
- Forklift License required or be willing to obtain
- Eye for detail with strong administration and data entry skills
- Effective problem solver who can develop solutions that meet customer's needs
- Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
