* Develop and lead a team of HR professionals to partner with business leaders, drive strategic initiatives, and manage operational matters.
* Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals and workforce plans.
* Design, implement, and review policies, plans, and procedures to reflect best practice and legislative requirements.
* Provide strategic and operational advice on HR and employee relations matters - performance management, grievances, recruitment, training, and employee development.
* Investigate and resolve disciplinary issues, including conduct and performance concerns.
* Lead enterprise bargaining processes, consultation, and negotiation with employee representatives.
* Drive change initiatives, including communication and training to ensure smooth transitions.
