Job Description
* Provide technical support for hardware, software, mobiles, printers, and network issues.
* Handle onboarding/offboarding and access requests.
* Assist with asset management and IT purchasing.
* Evaluate complex issues and escalate as needed.
Our ideal candidate has an Information Technology related qualification or equivalent experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
