We are seeking a skilled and motivated senior chef to join our culinary team at a high-profile venue in Perth, Australia.
The menu focuses on authentic Southeast Asian flavours, which are bold, bright, boisterous, colourful and powerful. Dishes are crafted for communal enjoyment among family and friends, offering fresh mouth-watering options designed to complement a strong beverage selection.
You will be responsible for delivering consistently high-quality dishes that balance authenticity with creativity.
About the Position
This role requires experience as a senior chef in quality, high-volume Asian venues. Strong knowledge of Southeast Asian flavours and techniques is essential.
Able to balance creativity with operational efficiency, you should be a collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
The ideal candidate will have minimum 8 years' experience in high-volume, premium dining and minimum 2 years in a senior leadership role (senior chef or higher).
In addition, you will need to hold a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate and be skilled in menu planning, inventory control, rostering, and operational management.
