Operations Manager – Canberra Outlet
We're looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Operations Manager to join our Centre Management team based at Canberra Outlet. If you thrive in a fast‐paced environment and take pride in delivering exceptional customer, safety, and retailer experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactive and hands on approach to managing the job and walking the floor in the centre;
* Planning of repair, maintenance and upgrading works to meet customer and retailer requirements;
* Produce and manage the Annual Outgoings budgets and controlling expenditures against budget;
* Coordinating and managing contractors to deliver required outcomes;
* Tenancy delivery requirements;
* Identifying opportunities to enhance the property through capital expenditures;
* Risk management and compliance with company OH&S policies and procedures.
Experiences/Skills Required
* Extensive experience working as an Operations Manager within a retail/property setting or similar highly regarded;
* Experience working in compliance with company OH&S policies and work safe reporting requirements;
* Excellent time management and stakeholder management skills and managing contractors;
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, financial acumen, and operations budgeting;
* Tertiary qualification in OH&S or related discipline advantageous.
