About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Team Assistant to support the Sales and Marketing team one of the Gold Coast’s most prestigious luxury residential developments. This is a key support role within a fast-paced off-the-plan sales environment, working closely with sales consultants, marketing manager and senior leadership to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the sales and marketing function. This role will suit someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in being highly organised, and thrives in a professional, high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Support:

· Assist with the execution of sales and marketing campaigns

· Assist in management of internal social media campaigns with the opportunity to manage social media

· Coordinate marketing collateral including brochures, signage and digital assets

· Liaise with external suppliers such as creative agencies, printers and event partners

· Support preparation for sales launches, events and VIP inspections

Sales Support:

· Assist with managing buyer CRM, buyers journey and buyer nurture programs

· Provide administrative support to the sales team

· Assist in preparation of sales documentation and buyer information packs

· Assist with sales reporting

· Coordinate buyer appointments, inspections and display suite schedules

· Assist with sales reporting and pipeline tracking

Administration & Coordination

· Manage calendars, meetings and internal communication

· Provide ad-hoc administrative support to senior management

· Act as a key point of contact for internal team coordination

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

· 2–5+ years’ experience in an administrative, team assistant or coordinator role

· Ideally experience in real estate, property development or sales environments (highly regarded but not essential)

· Strong organisational and time management skills

· High attention to detail

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Confidence using CRM systems, Microsoft Office and social media platforms

· A professional presentation and proactive, can-do attitude

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
