Senior Quantity Surveyor
Salary: Up to £85,000 + package
Location: Fulham, London

They are a skilled and experienced company that undertakes a range of super prime residential projects and focuses on quality rather than quantity.
Due to their success and strong turnover whilst delivering outstanding results, they now have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis, overseeing a range of schemes.
Senior Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities
* Preparing tender and contract documents whilst carrying out cost analysis for tenders
* Carry out risk and value management and cost control whilst guiding on procurement strategies
* Preparing a monthly cost report and monthly sub-contract valuations
* Maintain awareness of the different building contracts in current use.
* Understand the implications of health and safety regulations.
Personal Specification & Requirements
* Highly motivated with strong desire to grow within the business
* Good problem solver and work with minimal instruction
* Punctual, reliable and good practical skills
* Degree qualified or Equivalent
* Established track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
* Ideally Degree qualified / other relative qualifications
* Able to work autonomously on more than one project at a time
* Excellent commercial awareness
