You'll love this role if you're already hands‐on in digital campaigns and want to bring your skills into an in‐house team where your work directly drives results.
This is a 12-month fixed term role covering parental leave, built for someone who already knows their way around digital platforms and campaign delivery. We're not looking for someone to learn the basics here, we're looking for someone who already knows the work and wants to do it at scale.
From day one, you'll be checking campaign performance, adjusting budgets, loading creative and troubleshooting issues to keep campaigns moving. Your morning might start reviewing overnight results, spotting anything unusual and jumping in to fix it. From there, you could be refining audience targeting, updating spend, pulling reports or meeting with teammates to decide what to test next.
You'll work closely with designers, developers and internal teams to keep campaigns performing, and you'll be doing it alongside an award‐winning marketing team, recognised as In‐house Marketing Team of the Year at the 2025 Mumbrella Awards, known for pushing ideas, testing assumptions and backing decisions with data.
