The Gold Coast Bulletin has an open role for a digital editor, based in the Gold Coast region.
Responsibilities
* Process journalists' output for digital publishing using the METHODE system.
* Adjust content with SEO practices, infographics, and video material where needed.
* Set up the website news agenda and write catchy headlines to engage Bulletin audiences.
* Distribute final material across all channels.
* Study digital traffic reports and plan future content accordingly.
* Support the editor in regular office management duties.
Qualifications
* Journalist with strong digital content production experience and multimedia credentials.
* Training in digital marketing methods such as SEO and data analytics, including hands-on experience or certification with Adobe Analytics.
