Financial Center Manager II Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our financial center team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be able to motivate and develop their team members, and provide exceptional customer service.
As a Financial Center Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the banking center, including goal attainment, service, marketing, and operations. You will also be expected to demonstrate and educate associates on the bank's full scope of resources, including traditional in-branch services, digital capabilities, and business partner resources.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of associates to meet financial goals and objectives
* Demonstrate and educate associates on the bank's resources and capabilities
* Meet regularly with staff to discuss time management, communication skills, goal progress, and operational policies
* Recruit, train, develop, evaluate, and coach staff to ensure expectations are met

Requirements:
* HS Diploma/GED and BS/BA degree preferred or equivalent work experience
* Two to four years management experience
* Registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) required
