Job Title: Biobank Quality and Research Engagement Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Biobank Quality and Research Engagement Manager. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing quality systems, leading the audit program, and ensuring continual process improvement.

The successful candidate will have experience in quality management, project management, and leadership, and will be able to work effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement quality systems and processes to ensure compliance with accreditation requirements.
* Lead the audit program, including conducting internal audits and managing incidents.
* Ensure continual process improvement through root cause analysis and corrective/preventative measures.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Relevant quality improvement qualifications or equivalent work experience.
* Demonstrated understanding of accreditation/certification cycles and experience preparing for and maintaining accreditation.
* Experience in conducting, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating quality improvement programs.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in managing incident investigations and challenging issues.
* Advanced experience with Laboratory Information Systems and Microsoft Office suite.
