To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
A completed Diploma in Children’s Services and/or Bachelor of Education (or working towards it)
Prior experience working in a long day-care centre in a leadership or management role.
Can work Full time and be flexible with shifts.
Sound knowledge and practical experience with the NQF and the EYLF.
Good understanding of the 11-child safe standards and child protection.
Experience with budgeting and financial accountability, including Labour costs.
Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates, and a valid Working with Children check for VIC.
