Quality Engineer - Job Description
* Solid experience in manual and automated testing
* Proficiency in automation tools –Tosca, Tosca Agentic AI, Jenkins, Github
* Experience with qTest test management tool
* Experience with Agile and DevOps environments
* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‐solving skills
* Ability to mentor junior testers and contribute to process improvement
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Develop and maintain automated functional test scripts for ST and Regression testing.
* Ensure all test automation is implemented as per the TCoE QE guidelines/framework.
* Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to understand requirements and ensure quality.
* Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation.
* Log and track defects, working closely with developers for resolution.
* Manage test environments and create necessary test data.
* Report test results and quality metrics in line with the TCoE standards and processes.
