We're opening our new Wagga Wagga clinic and looking for a proactive and professional Reception & Admin Coordinator to become the heart of our new team.

What You'll Do:Welcome patients with professionalism and kindnessAnswer calls, manage appointments, and handle the daily diaryProcess billing, Medicare & Hearing Services Program claimsMaintain accurate records and support retail product salesKeep the clinic running smoothly, clean, and organisedSupport our marketing, social media, and community engagementAbout You:Admin, reception, or customer service experience (healthcare a bonus!)Excellent communicator - in person, on the phone, and in writingReliable, proactive, and able to multitask like a proTech-savvy with good time managementFriendly, professional, and people-focusedTraining:Initial 1–2 weeks of training in Albury-Wodonga.
