About the role:

Our team members are the face of Bunnings, always ready to give it a red-hot go! They provide friendly and helpful service to everyone who walks through our doors, ensuring every experience counts. When customers visit us, they are greeted by passionate team members eager to offer tools and advice to turn any D.I.Y. dream into a reality. Whetherit'sfinding the right product or sharing expert tips, our team is here to help every step of the way.

This is a full-time role and flexibility to work morning, day, evening shifts across the 7 days of the week between 5am and 9pmisrequiredso that we can provide the best experience to ourcustomers.

We provide an adult pay ratefor18 years of age and above at$28.64per hour for this role.

* Delivering an exceptional customer experience across the store
* Manage stock efficiently while maintaining a clean, safe and organised workspace
* Serve customers with a smile at our checkout registers
* Ensuring merchandising and presentation standards are consistently met

We're looking for team members who are passionate about helping others, enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment, and are eager to learn and grow. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting others, takes initiative, and naturally leads by example.

Whether you have a green thumb, love D.I.Y., are looking for your first retail role, or are ready to take the next step in your retail career, we'd love to hear from you.

You'llneed:

* A genuine passion for customer experience with energy and enthusiasm
* Confidence to approach, connect with and support customers and fellow team members
* An enthusiasm for learning about products and services and sharing that knowledge with others
* A willingness to lend a hand across different areas of the store.
* The ability to act with integrity, be safe and do your best
* Prior experience in management or leadership isan added bonus.
* The availability to work flexible hours (including late nights, earlymorningsand weekends)
