We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our team
What You Will Do:
As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of allocated projects from the Capital Works Program. Your role will encompass comprehensive project management, from pre-construction through to finalisation, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks are expertly managed.
You will coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, manage resources, and maintain strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Your leadership will ensure milestones are met, contracts are administered effectively, and projects comply with relevant legislation and standards.
If you are a Registered Professional Engineer Queensland (RPEQ), this role also offers the chance to provide specialist engineering advice, endorse engineering work, and mentor emerging talent, ensuring engineering excellence and compliance throughout each project phase.
What We Are Looking For:
* Bachelor of Engineering in a relevant field (Civil, Mechanical or Electrical), or equivalent (Bachelor, Bachelor of Technology or Associate Degree).
* Demonstrated project management and contract management experience in a medium to large multi-disciplined organisation.
* Strong engineering / technical knowledge and project management skills.
* Strong negotiation, oral and written communication skills.
* Strong ability to manage self and others ensuring projects are delivered within scope on time and within budget.
