Responsibilities
* Ensure the store runs smoothly, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
* Develop the next generation of leaders through training and coaching.
* Maintain store appearance, safety and cleanliness.
* Manage stock, inventory and minimise losses.
* Assist registers, shelf filling and merchandising special buys.
* Identify improvement opportunities.
* Manage resources effectively, meeting goals without compromising quality.
* Conduct interviews for new hires with Area Manager.

* Proven experience leading teams in a fast‐paced, customer‐facing environment.
