* Additional duties include overseeing subcontract management, payment claims, and final accounts.
* The successful candidate must monitor compliance with safety and quality standards.
* Responsibilities also include preparing, reviewing, and submitting project variations, tracking costs, progress, and scheduling, including subcontractor payments.
* The role requires preparation of comprehensive contract documentation from concept to commissioning.
