About the Job
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic territory sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. They will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to exceed targets
* Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow market share
* Build strong relationships with nurses, theatre managers, biomedical engineers, procurement teams and hospital C-Suite
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction
* Deliver product demonstrations, educational sessions, and training programs
* Provide exceptional customer service and post-sale clinical support
Requirements
* Proven success in sales with a track record of exceeding targets (3+ years)
* Strong communication and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences
* Strategic mindset with business acumen and market analysis skills
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Queensland and surrounding regions
Preferred Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Health, Business, Nursing, Engineering, or related field
* Knowledge of hospitals and selling in the healthcare setting
