**Logistics Manager** **Reporting to**: Country Director
**Summary**: Manage supply chain operations for Australia and New Zealand, overseeing goods from port to delivery. Drive strategic distribution and warehousing objectives to meet lead time goals and reduce costs.
**Responsibilities**:
- Inventory & Supply Management: Plan and optimize supply chain flow, manage inventory, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Reporting: Develop operational budgets, track KPIs, and generate performance reports.
- Team Management: Lead Logistics team, foster communication, and support team development.
- Safety & Systems: Prioritize safety and maintain comprehensive understanding of logistics systems.
- Service: Ensure excellent service to internal and external customers, manage supplier relationships.
- Leadership Role: Set objectives, empower team, grow team members, review performance, and build a high-performing team.
