About the role Support the Manager, People and Culture and the Principal People and Culture Partner to develop, implement and embed the People and Culture Strategy as determined by the overarching Metro North Health People and Culture directorate.
About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values: Provide support, advice, and leadership in the development and implementation of the People and Culture Deliver focused programs, in a cohesive and coordinated way, to enhance leadership capability, increase engagement and bring about positive cultural change across the facility – for example, succession planning, executive on-boarding and other tailored programs to address opportunities within the overarching People and Culture Strategy.
Develop, implement, and embed systems and processes for workforce planning to activate discussions, strategy and planning to support delivery of the relevant facility's workforce for the future.
Represent People and Culture Services at facility meetings to ensure understanding of and collaboration on operational needs.
