- Proactive Approach: A willingness to support customers at all levels, demonstrate initiative, and take ownership of projects.
As an Account Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Determining customer needs to deliver customer-centric outcomes.
- Collaborating closely with customers to ensure project goals & timelines are met, service levels are maintained, and annual NPS scores are achieved.
- Leading solution and contract negotiations with assigned customers to facilitate portfolio goals and maintain customer retention.
- Developing and managing key account plans and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with corporate objectives.
- Leading the development of reports and conducting on-site client visits weekly, monthly, and quarterly to focus on tactical and strategic KPIs.
- Managing administrative functions for assigned accounts, including CRM management and general administration to enhance portfolio results.
