Receptionist / Administration Officer – Cairns
Our client is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Receptionist / Administration Officer to join their team in Cairns. In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring smooth administrative and reception functions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Front desk reception duties, including answering calls and greeting clients
* General administrative support across the team
* Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
* Maintaining office supplies and maintaining a clean & presentable area
* Assisting with scheduling and data entry
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment
* Experience working in a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) is highly regarded
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly phone manner
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
* A professional and respectful approach when interacting with clients and team members
* Reliability and a consistent attendance record
* A positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to assist others
* A current driver's licence and reliable transport
