Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Midwife to join our team in a caseload model with individualised continuity of care through pregnancy, labour and the early postnatal period. They will be responsible for monitoring outcomes for their allocated women and improving satisfaction on both sides.
In this role, you will work as part of a team of 3 midwives, providing holistic care along the continuum of antenatal, intrapartum and postpartum periods. You will plan, coordinate and implement care for a known group of women while supporting other staff members.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be able to think critically and make sound judgments in high-pressure situations. Experience working in an Indigenous healthcare setting is highly regarded but not essential.
