Your Key Responsibilities
* Create an Exceptional Member Experience:
o Deliver a 5-star environment across coaching, atmosphere, and studio presentation.
o Lead from the front with coaching excellence (minimum 20 coaching hours/week).
o Mentor new members through their first 4 weeks.
o Build community through monthly events and milestone celebrations.
o Keep members motivated, connected, and consistent year-round.
* Drive Sales, Inductions & Membership Growth:
o Run high-impact inductions.
o Build strong early relationships - uncover their 'why'.
o Mentor new members daily through messaging, check-ins, and touchpoints.
o Execute our structured nurture system.
o Run organized, effective pipeline meetings.
o Champion referral campaigns & intro offers.
* Lead Retention & Member Accountability:
o Deliver weekly retention touchpoints - no gaps.
o Maintain seasonal retention programs.
o Reinforce training frequency targets.
o Support members with lifestyle and routine challenges.
o Build a community where people feel proud to train.
* Own Social Media & Brand Presence:
o Create authentic, helpful social content aligned with our avatar.
o Highlight member wins, culture moments, transformations, and events.
o Build connections with local businesses and wellness partners.
o Lead activations, fundraisers, studio events, and collaborations.
o Help drive consistent organic lead generation.
* Lead the Coaching Team:
o Mentor and guide coaches to elite consistency.
o Ensure clear adherence to Intro Journey & Newbies protocols.
o Uphold punctuality, coaching excellence, and energy standards.
o Build an ownership-driven, solutions-focused team culture.
* Keep Operations Tight & World-Class:
o Follow 'The Elevate Way' for process and operations.
o Maintain equipment care, cleanliness, safety, and studio presentation.
o Complete weekly reporting, admin, and KPI tracking.
o Lead studio challenges, logistics, and preparation.
o Communicate proactively with owners and the coaching team.
