This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the design and implementation of enterprise‑grade software solutions for a dynamic, technology‑driven organization. As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for architecting and integrating cloud‑native and hybrid applications, ensuring robust system scalability, security, and maintainability. You will collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure, .NET (C#), Python, and Next.js, while driving cloud and data integration initiatives. The position is fully remote and contract‑based, supporting a company with a strong presence in Poland.
Responsibilities
* Design and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable distributed systems using Microsoft Azure, .NET (C#), Python, and Next.js.
* Architect and integrate cloud‑native and hybrid applications, utilizing Azure Service Bus, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Event Grid.
* Lead cross‑functional engineering teams, providing technical guidance and ensuring best practices in software architecture.
* Oversee cloud and data integration with PostgreSQL and Azure SQL.
* Implement DevOps automation using Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (Terraform or Bicep).
* Ensure adherence to security standards, including OAuth2, JWT, and Azure AD.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver high‑quality solutions.
* Utilize Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration as needed.
Skills And Requirements
* Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role in enterprise software development.
* Expertise in Microsoft Azure, .NET (C#), Python, and Next.js.
* Strong knowledge of Azure Service Bus, Azure Data Factory, Azure Event Grid, PostgreSQL, and Azure SQL.
* Hands‑on experience with DevOps automation, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (Terraform or Bicep).
* Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern security protocols (OAuth2, JWT, Azure AD).
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
* Ability to work independently in a remote, contract‑based environment.
* Experience designing distributed microservices architectures.
* Based in Poland or able to work in European time zones (preferred).
