Monsoons Darwin is seeking an experienced and dynamic Entertainment‑Focused Venue Manager to lead our team.
Responsibilities and Expectations
We're seeking a Venue Manager who is passionate about our customer experience.
* Execute activations.
* Build strong relationships with DJs & promoters.
* Loves a bit of footy, and is keen to develop their team.
As Venue Manager, you'll orchestrate the day-to-day operations of our fast‑paced venue.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 2 years of direct late‑night entertainment experience.
* Minimum two years experience in a Venue Manager role.
* Proven track record in event and entertainment programming.
* Ability to coordinate schedules and manage performers effectively.
* Budget development and oversight experience.
* Knowledge of hospitality‑related legislation and compliance.
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop management teams.
* Experience in organizational effectiveness and implementing operations best practices.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Commitment to high professional, ethical standards and a diverse workplace.
Benefits
* Generous Salary $100,000 - $110,000 + Super.
* Quarterly KPI Bonus - $44,000 P/A.
