About the Role
This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys strategic planning, and is committed to fostering a positive workplace culture. You'll be responsible for managing program operations, including trip planning, data management, stakeholder engagement, and resource coordination, all while upholding the values of safe, responsive, and kind healthcare.
In this role, you'll leverage your advanced clinical expertise and leadership skills to guide and support a multidisciplinary team, ensuring excellence in service delivery. You'll oversee financial and human resource management, drive operational planning, and promote continuous improvement in healthcare practices. Your ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders will be crucial in creating collaborative and culturally informed healthcare solutions.
Flexibility is key-you'll need a current NT driver's licence (or be willing to obtain one), 4 WD training, and the ability to travel to remote communities, sometimes for up to a week at a time.
