**Overall purpose of the role**:
To assist managing multiple food and beverage outlets consisting of 2 restaurants (Garden Restaurant & Tea Room), 2 Cafes (Gallery Kitchen & NGVA Café) in addition to multiple pop-up bars, restaurant and café activations within the venue.
**Key Duties**:
Oversee multiple food and beverage outlets environment
Work with F&B Manager to achieve sales targets
Assist with point-of-sale processes ensuring efficiency and team training
Ensure that the food and beverage outlets meet company and client standards
Design labels and menus for all outlets
Assist with bespoke offerings in line with client needs including NGV Friday Nights and pop-up outlets
Prepare daily reports for management

**Skills and Experience**:
Associate Diploma in Hospitality related field
Experience in Hospitality Management
