Associate Territory Manager / Clinical Support – Spine

Responsibilities
* Supporting complex spine procedures in theatre.
* Working closely with surgeons and theatre staff across Sydney hospitals.
* Assisting with case coverage, product setup, and troubleshooting in live environments.
* Learning the commercial side of the role — how territories are built, grown, and won.
* Being mentored by experienced Territory Managers with a clear pathway into a full sales role.
Qualifications
* Clinical or allied health background (nursing, physio, OT, sports science, etc.).
* Comfortable in fast‐paced environments (theatre exposure is a bonus but not essential).
* Strong communication skills — build rapport quickly and hold your own.
* Proactive, resilient, and a bit competitive.
* Genuine interest in building a long‐term career in medical device sales.
